Over 1,000 competitors from all over the country descended in New Jersey this past weekend to compete in the NAGA World Kids Grappling Championship.
FUJI Martial Arts Woburn had students bring home 4 GOLD medals, 4 SILVER medals, and 1 BRONZE medal. Each athlete fought in a gi and nogi division to get the most matches possible. This was an amazing accomplishment for these young athletes and a testament to the hard work and dedication of their coaches. Congratulations to all participants!

- 1st & 2nd – KIERA PARELLO
- 2ns & 3rd – EVALEN MCCARRON
- 2nd & 2nd – ROBERT MCCARRON JR
The team was led by Kid’s Head Jiu-Jitsu Coach Bobby McCarron.
FUJI Martial Arts is proud to have such talented athletes represent our school and we wish them continued success in their future competitions. The next event is the FUJIBJJ Championships in Marlborough, MA in May.
Along with training at FUJI Martial Arts, these young athletes also train at Mau Mau Jiu-Jitsu in Medford, MA & Jimmy Pedro’s Judo Center in Wakefield, MA.
